Director Shankar who is known for giving the audience the pleasure of visual treat with the different songs picturization and taking us to breath taking locales fr the songs in his movies, has done such a thing in upcoming filmNanban which stars Vijay,Ileana, Srikanth and Jevaa in the lads.
The film though a remake of the Hindi blockuster 3 idiots, we hear that Shankar is making no stones unturned to give his touch tho the Tamil remake version by having good visual for the songs.
We hear that for a songs sequence in the film (which might in place of Hindi song Zoobi Zoobi), Ileana and Vijay on whom the song is picturized were given four different looks and Vijay has never done such a look before.
The look is said to be a guarded one in the film. Remember in the Hindi version the ‘Zoobi Doobi’ song was a huge hit, especially for its dream sequence concept with which it was shot.
A source from the film’s unit informs, “Vijay has four different never-seen before get-ups in this song and it takes him close to two hours to apply make-up and another two hours to remove it. Even Ileana looks different in the song. Shankar patiently waits while the actors get their make-up done.”
